A little about us
We unite great people with great opportunities across healthcare.
We asked the question, “How can we do this better?”
We take great pride in being a female and veteran owned agency with over 30 years experience. We wanted to know if we could do travel nurse staffing better. After breaking down what we knew, and building it back up with a fresh approach, we knew the answer was “Yes!” What started out as coffee at a Bistro, turned into this desire to make a difference for medical professionals, health care facilities and patients in need of the best care.
My name is Bridget Weber, I am married to Kevin and have been for 12+ years. We have two kids, our daughter Peyton (9) and our son Paxon (5). We are fortunate to live in Omaha, Nebraska where we are surrounded by our families on both sides. This industry is all that I know! I have been working in this industry for 16 years now and still look forward to coming to work every day! I like to live vicariously through our travelers and all of their experiences.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, spending summers at the lake and I love to take vacation! Put me on a beach anywhere and I am happy.
Hey there, I’m Bridget Millard. I like to think of myself as the OG of CrossMed, I’ve been here since the beginning. As a former teacher turned recruiter, I love being able to advocate for, and learn from, all of my nurses. When I’m not at work, you can find me living on Starbucks, buried in kid’s books, and dreaming of one day being a fitness fanatic. My husband Chad is my best friend and my favorite pastime is experiencing the world through the eyes of our daughters, Landry and Penelope.
Director of Sales

I enjoy traveling with my wife and kids but one thing very few people know about me is that I can clap with one hand!!
My name is Duval Kamara and I am originally from New Jersey. I now live in Omaha, Nebraska with my 7 year old son, Mason. My hobbies include officiating football, watching sports and documentaries, exercising, trying new foods/restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. I have been in the traveling industry for 3 years as a recruiter. I enjoy my job because I get to meet many healthcare professionals and provide them with opportunities to grow in their profession, experience and wealth.
Hello Travelers! I’d like to be the first to say, thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you. In order to trust a person, It is important to get to know a person so here is my story.
My name is Jay, I’m your nurse recruiter, or as like to be called a Finder of Adventures. I also have been married for 13 years and have two “energetic” kids. As a family, we enjoy biking, soccer, tennis, traveling to Great Wolf Lodges, and Halloween all year around.
Prior to working in healthcare, I worked in the finance sector for 12 years before finding my true career path. I find working with nurses rewarding, not only is my wife a Nurse, but I have learned the most important person in a hospital is you — without you nothing gets accomplished.
My goal as a Finder of Adventures is to find those opportunities for you to explore and check off your bucket list. I look forward to talking with you to see how our partnership can grow.

I graduated from Bellevue University with my BA in Business in 2010 and have done just about every job you can imagine. My hobbies include watching documentaries, anything sports and working out. I’ve been in the travel industry for 3 years and love every minute of it. I love this job because I get to spend hours doing what I love to do most, which is talk… a lot.
