Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence. As a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the marketing vision, execute high-impact campaigns, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and company goals. In this position, you will be overseeing our current Social Media Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Co-lead multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Drive lead generation and manage job boards to support the sales pipeline.
  • Manage content strategy for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, product updates, and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across print, events, and internal communications.
  • Assist with customer surveys, testimonials, and case study development.
  • Oversee website performance, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics.
  • Track and summarize marketing metrics, including conversions, traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with sales to align for lead generation.
  • Support event planning, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage budget and vendor relationships.
  • Creatives sessions with Social Media Specialist
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Solid writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, social scheduling platforms, CRM or email marketing tools (preferred but not required).
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
