Not at all. Submitting an application doesn't bind you to any assignment. We value your autonomy and will only proceed with opportunities you're interested in.
Assignments & Scheduling
Most assignments span 13 weeks, but durations can vary based on facility needs and your availability.
Onboarding and credentialing usually take 5-10 business days, depending on documentation and facility requirements.
Yes! If both you and the facility are interested, extensions are often possible. Discuss this with your recruiter as your assignment progresses.
Timecards are due by 12:00 PM CST each Monday to process your paycheck on time for that Friday.
Pay & Benefits
We offer weekly pay. Ensure timely submission of your timesheets to avoid delays.

To ensure timecards are received on time, make sure to send your timecard to your recruiter and to timecards@crossmedhealth.com. Timecards are due every Monday by 12:00 PM CST for the previous work week to get paid weekly the following Friday.

Travel reimbursements are available for many assignments. Discuss specifics with your recruiter during the placement process.
Licensing & Credentials
If you're licensed in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, you can practice in other compact states without obtaining additional licenses. For non-compact states, you'll need to secure a license specific to that state.
Yes. Our team will guide you through the licensing process and may cover associated fees, depending on the assignment.
