I’ve been a healthcare recruiter for the last 9 years, and my favorite part of the job is getting to know people and building relationships. I’m a big planner by nature, so I love helping others navigate major career decisions and making the process feel exciting instead of intimidating. Over the years, many of my travelers have become friends, which is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I actually got into recruiting completely by accident—a friend set up an interview for me without even telling me, and the rest is history. A few fun facts about me: I grew up in Arizona but now call Omaha home. I met my husband at work, and we have a daughter named Vivi who turns 2 in September. I’m completely obsessed with her and love spending time with my family. I also enjoy snowboarding on mountain vacations but love the beach just as much!

Outside of work, I’m very creative and love planning events. I originally thought I wanted to be an event planner when I was in college. These days, I enjoy crafting and home improvement projects. I would love to get back into scrapbooking as our family grows and creates more memories.

One piece of advice I try to live by is, “The little things are the big things.” It’s a reminder to appreciate the everyday moments, celebrate small wins, and not take life's simple joys for granted.
