There is one thing in this life that matters more than everything else, and that is people. So, that's what my life is about. Being a husband to my wife of 26 years, a father to my three amazing kids and son in law, and Grandfather to my brand new grandson. I want to encourage, challenge, lift up, and advocate for everyone I come in contact with, including the wonderful travelers I have the opportunity to work with. I want to be a person that makes the people around me feel the immense value they inherently possess. Oh, and I love to recruit, and have been doing it for a decade!

My favorite thing about my job, is being an advocate for people as they grow from challenges, realize their dreams and discover their purpose. I get to experience all that first hand with my travelers and co workers, and I am here for it!

Hang out with my amazing wife, kids and brand new Grandson! Food is my creative outlet. From cooking at home to exploring new restaurants with my wife. I love all things sports and currently coach a 16u girls softball travel team. It all keeps me running, and I love it!
