According to a survey by Incredible Health, 34% of nurses say it is very likely that they will leave their current roles at some point this year with 44% of those saying they are likely to quit blaming burnout and high-stress environment as the reason why they will leave.

The company used data from more than 400,000 nurse profiles as also surveyed more than 2,500 RNs in the United States during the month of February 2022.
One of the more fascinating results from the survey includes the fact that 65% of nurses surveyed said they had been verbally or physically assaulted by a patient or a patient’s family within the past 12 months.
