Shift Time Type: 8:00AM-16:30PM – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours Per Week: 40
- Rural – Kittitas County. Must be able to drive in inclement weather.
- 10-13 week contract assignment, 40 hours per week.
- Call requirement – rotating evening/weekend coverage.
- Need to start ASAP, once credentialed.
- Daily mileage to conduct patient home visits is reimbursed at the standard IRS mileage rate.
- Preferred prior Hospice experience
