Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll develop and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and align with our mission. This is your chance to make a real impact, not just for us, but for healthcare professionals nationwide. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Content Creation & Campaigns: Develop engaging content (graphics, copy, videos) that reflects our brand’s voice. Create campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent, engaging content. 
  • Strategy & Innovation: Work with the marketing team to design forward-thinking strategies, identifying trends and new opportunities. 
  • Community Building: Grow and engage an online community by responding to followers and building relationships. 
  • Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze social performance to continuously refine strategies for success. 
  • Creative Campaigns: Ensure campaigns align with our goals, mission, and audience engagement priorities. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams to align social efforts with broader business objectives. 
  • Stay Trendy: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platforms to keep CrossMed innovative and cutting-edge. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive; you may also take on other marketing initiatives as needed to support our dynamic goals and objectives. 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts with a proven track record. 
  • Ability to manage social media strategies from concept to execution. 
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content creation. 
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities, with a knack for engaging storytelling. 
  • Experience with social media management tools, design platforms, and analytics. 
  • Previous experience creating engaging visuals and videos. 
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Capcut, or any video or graphic design platforms. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
