CrossMed Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential operational support to internal departments, manage key processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate excels in cross-divisional relationship building, is an excellent communicator, and can successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming tickets/requests to provide timely and effective support to internal teams.
• Communicate consistently with team members to solve problems and document solutions.
• Oversee sales and support systems (e.g., Bullhorn CRM and associated plug-ins), troubleshoot issues, and provide insights.
• Vendor management to ensure optimal utilization.
• Conduct training on Bullhorn CRM, associated plug-ins (e.g., Xref, Able), and other tools used by sales and support teams.
• Develop best practices and manage an internal knowledge base of operational policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and re-prioritize tasks based on new information.
• Coordinate with various departments to maximize efficiency and production.
• Lead or assist in special projects as assigned to meet organizational goals.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role.
• At least one year of prior sales experience.
• Proficiency with Bullhorn CRM and associated plug-ins.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven organizational skills, including effective time management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Previous experience training teams on systems and processes is a plus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
