We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Manager. As a Client Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our clients, including healthcare facilities, hospitals and medical practices. You will play a vital role in understanding their staffing needs and providing customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication and periodic site visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Provide customer service to client facilities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests.
- Develop and present proposals, contracts and pricing negotiations to clients.
- Monitor and track client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Documentation of all communications.
- Network with recruiters to promote open job positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (or related experience).
- Proven experience in a client management or business development role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including staffing and regulatory requirements is a plus.
