Account Manager

This key role requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate and influence complex account structures. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in fostering strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external teams to drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, identify, understand staffing needs and points of concern; develop customized solutions that make CrossMed a trusted advisor for client accounts, ensuring internal and external client satisfaction.
- Utilize platforms to manage, document and track all client interactions, agreements, and metrics for communication and reporting.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client value and align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Analyze account trends, identify opportunities for growth, and execute specific strategies to increase revenue while engaging with vendors to increase variety and volume within the account.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals and deliverables; to resolve issues related to billing, compliance, or candidate performance.
- Communicate and collaborate with sales teams, including recruiters, client managers, and operations teams to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze account performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create detailed reports on client metrics, satisfaction levels, and growth opportunities for internal and client-facing reviews while providing effective insight and collaboration for growth to leadership.
- Problem Solving:
- Navigate and resolve complex account challenges, leveraging strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proactively address risks and implement measures to ensure continued client success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar role with 2-5 years of experience preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex account structures and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis to track account performance and trends.
