Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will manage and grow relationships with travel health care professionals. You will play a vital role in understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that meet their requirements and place them on travel contracts. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact and negotiate all aspects of current travel assignments with potential health professionals for current job postings.
  • Work daily with clients to match and present qualified health care professionals for placement in our current job openings through our vendors.
  • Access, organize, and receive pre-employment paperwork from health care professionals you are working to place.
  • Weekly follow up with current travelers prior to, during, and after assignments.
  • Problem-solving abilities to help resolve any issues that arise with travelers.
  • Identify and contact prospective travelers through referrals, lead sources, and cold contacts.
  • Develop an ongoing strong network of traveling healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for traveling healthcare professionals on their assignments.
  • Presenting candidates in a personal, meaningful, and knowledgeable format.
  • Develop and leverage network professionals for future candidate submittals through social media and other lead-source avenues.

Accountability and Measurements:

  • Projects assigned and agreed upon will be delivered on time and on budget to the best of the position’s ability to control these issues.
  • Recognition that work is performed under very broad supervision, requiring a meaningful degree of independent judgment and action.
  • Role will be held accountable to sales objectives and revenue/margin targets.
  • Regular reviews of sales activities, including, but not limited to, cold calls, lead generation, conversion rates, time to close, and support project deliverables will be measured against management expectations.

Education and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team-focused environment.
  • Will possess excellent communication skills, with an outgoing and personable personality.
  • Be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed financially.
  • Experience establishing relationships with hiring managers to make placements.
  • Experience within a small boutique recruiting company.
  • Longevity with past companies of at least three (3) years of experience in recruiting, strongly preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and full MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Manager. As a Client Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our clients, including healthcare facilities, hospitals and medical practices. You will play a vital role in understanding their staffing needs and providing customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication and periodic site visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base. 
  • Provide customer service to client facilities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests.
  • Develop and present proposals, contracts and pricing negotiations to clients.
  • Monitor and track client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Documentation of all communications.
  • Network with recruiters to promote open job positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (or related experience).
  • Proven experience in a client management or business development role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including staffing and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Human Resource Generalist - Benefits Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Human Resources Generalist – Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resource and Benefit functions. The ideal candidate will excel in employee relations, employee performance management, and benefit administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of industry operations, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Help with organization and maintenance of benefit plans: including medical insurance, sick pay, 401k, and leave.
  • Oversee benefit enrollment process.
  • Reviewing monthly benefit payroll deductions.
  • Oversee the accuracy of employment records.
  • Assist employees with enrolling in dental, vision, medical, and other insurance benefit programs.
  • Provide new hires with an orientation explaining benefits and assisting them with the enrollment process.
  • Ability to keep meticulous records of benefit information provided to employees and ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at the federal and state level related to benefit administration.
  • Resolve employee issues with benefit providers.
  • Familiarity with benefits and payroll software.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes.
  • Oversee all related workman’s compensation issues.
  • Analyze and maintain reports for senior management by utilizing data related to Human Resources metrics.
  • Must have knowledge of wage and salary, and performance appraisal administration.
  • Experience and understanding of employment law.
  • Plan, evaluate, and administer the equal employment opportunity provisions and work cooperatively with others to ensure compliance with federal and state law regulations are met.
  • Develop and update training related to Human Resources topics, including appraisal and evaluation, effective hiring practices, mediation and grievance procedures and legal updates.
  • Handle all unemployment claims and hearings.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor and other central office administrators as designated by the Chief Financial Officer.

Experience, Skills, and Talents:

  • Leadership skills to involve, staff activities, administering the compensation and benefits program and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, creativity, active listening and presenting.
  • Multitasking and time management skills that allows working on multiple files at one time.
  • Collaboration skills when working on projects with team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills, including motivation, goals setting and project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and recruiting software systems.
  • Ability to deliver reports and maintain documentation within databases.

Interrelations:

  • Will be working under the direct supervision of the department supervisor to complete day to day tasks.
  • Will be working with a diverse population requiring the ability to handle all situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Must understand and respond appropriately to customer needs and maintain a positive attitude with all customers and colleagues.
  • Expected to interact with all internal and external customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
